Personal Pilates offers a range of classes, from beginning to advanced, individual or group. We have a range of equipment to give you complete confidence and success in every session.
Getting Started... The first step is to learn the basic principles and set up positions of Pilates. This will allow you to execute the movements safely and more effectively in every session and sets the foundation for making long term improvements to your posture, the principles include -
Beginners Starter Pack –
From experience most people require up to 3 sessions to grasp the principles and/or gain an understanding of how Pilates may benefit them in the future. Our Starter Pack allows you to build on each session, giving you the best possible start to learning Pilates with confidence to joining group classes or continuing with further personal sessions using the equipment.
Duration: 3 x 45min sessions
Cost: Solo $195 Duo $258 ($129 per person)
Introductory – Ideal for anyone who is unsure and would like to see what Pilates is like before committing to the Starter Pack. Also suitable for those who are returning after a considerable break from regular attendance.
Duration: 1 x 45min session
Cost: Solo $75 Duo Shared $95 ($47.50 per person)

Solo – the ultimate experience that will help you to understand your body better and get maximum results.
Duo - are designed for people who would like to work out with someone else. You can either join with someone or we can match you with someone of similar ability/level.
All Personal Sessions are with a qualified Pilates Instructor who will design a programme using a selection of equipment and props.
Equipment – trap table, stability chair, ladder barrel and reformer
Props – swiss balls, hand weights, stability balls, stretch straps, stretch bands, foam rollers, pilates circles, rotational discs.
Personal Sessions are available from Monday to Saturday by appointment only. Sessions are 45 minutes and costs range from $40 for duo and from $65 for solo sessions.
group mat classes
Please note -Group Mat Classes are NOT available to beginners - you need to complete the Beginners Starter Pack (or at bare minimum the Introductory) prior to joining. From there we will be able to guide you towards which class is suitable for you.
Our mat classes provide a fun and effective way of improving strength, tone and flexibility. Our classes are unique in that they run in series of usually up to 5 weeks (sometimes shorter due to public holidays etc) with each series based on a particular theme of Pilates. The benefits of this are -
Group Mat Class Registration Process:
Spaces are limited to all classes so you must book prior to attending. This secures you a place in the class of your choice. By registering there is a short term commitment in that you are pre-paying for all registered classes and so it's your responsibility to attend.
