I noticed a positive difference in my trunk and back stability and overall strength at around the three week mark and it has just continued to steadily improve from there. The niggling injuries Ive had in the first half of this year have subsided and I've gone back to the exercises I was doing that caused them without any issues at all. A decision 3 years ago to 'get into shape' for my wedding has turned into being one of my smartest 'life' decisions yet! Pilates has not only resulted in some amazing physical changes but is has also given me more confidence and a renewed commitment to my body. I love that each series is carefully crafted with a particular goal/theme in mind and includes extensions for those of us that have been practicing with Kim for several years now. There is a strong focus on technique and each movement is carefully broken down to make it more easily understood. I've been attending Pilates with Kim for 18 months. Classes are run in series so there is always something new to challenge you. I originally started as I suffered from terrible back pain and headaches. These have improved tremendously and my strength and flexibility have never been this good. I have found a form of exercise that I love doing and look forward to every class.

In the past I had lots of headaches, shoulder and arm problems due to spinal neck issues. Since doing Pilates these have gradually become less and now after 3 years I hardly experience the pain I used to. My job involves lots of driving and computer work.
