SOLO & DUO REFORMER

Reformer Pilates will work on improving your posture, balance and core strength. The perfect accompaniment to any other type of exercise, improving alignment and technique to help prevent injury and move with greater efficiency.

Reformer is a full-body workout that will work on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance whilst targeting muscles (abs, lower back, hips and glutes). You will also fire up your deep stabiliser muscles that will stabilise your spine, pelvis and core.

Over and above the physical benefits, mastering the Reformer bed and learning new moves and sequences is actually training your brain, improving your memory and cognitive function. Next time you're embarrassed about how loud your breathing is know that deep, controlled breathing is doing wonders for your nervous system.

A hybrid of traditional/classical pilates and high-intensity training to MOVE better. Depending on your mobility/rehab needs, your trainer will curate the ideal workout for your session.

We may also use other pilates apparatus in these sessions e.g Cadillac, Barrels, stability chair, etc.

Immerse yourself in the Personal Pilates unique method and leave the session feeling balanced, lighter and lengthened.

THE SIGNATURE TOWER

CLASS

Our Signature Tower classes combine elements of Pilates Matwork with the resistance of the springs to create the ultimate challenge to improve posture/alignment, strengthen the entire body, and increase mobility/flexibility. Just like our reformer classes, you’ll get a full-body workout (with plenty of core work!). A Pilates tower class will work all the major muscles groups, work on muscular endurance, spinal mobility and flexibility. Tower also provides an amazing stretch and great opportunities to challenge your balance. The main goal here is to walk out feeling better than you did when you walked in and that’s exactly what the tower does! Movement is KEY!

UNWIND

Relieve stress and develop strength, joint mobilisation, increased circulation and coordination with our UNWIND flow class. This recovery class combines deep stretching with elements of traditional flow-inspired movement followed by a moment of stillness to help you develop focus and attention to your body, (a slower-paced class where postures are held for longer periods of time), to create a balanced session that combines working out with relaxation. Expect to leave feeling settled and grounded.

MOBILITY IN MOTION

Mobility is where strength training meets flexibility.

This mobility class aims to train and expand your range of movement and the function of your hips, shoulders and spine through gymnastic and pilates-based drills and skills.

Using your body weight (and a few props) you will build the correct technique for safe and effective training. Expect to work every single muscle in your body while developing your flexibility, core strength, balance and backbends.

Mobility aims to give you the foundational tools you need to become a master at your own movement.
